Using cycloalkyl vacuum residue as raw material,an environment-friendly rubber plasticizer RAE with high aromatic carbon content was prepared,and compared with imported processed aromatic oil.The experimental results show that RAE can be used as a filling oil to prepare oil extended emulsion polybutadiene styrene rubber.The raw rubber properties,chemical composition,and structural composition of oil extended butadiene styrene rubber are similar to those of oil extended butadiene styrene rubber synthesized using imported treated aromatic oil;The oil filled styrene butadiene rubber prepared using RAE has good mixed rubber properties,physical properties of vulcanized rubber,and dynamic mechanical properties in the semi steel tire tread formula.
