Study on co-refining of oil and coal under different proportions in suspended bed hydrocracking process
In order to explore the reaction effect and feasibility of co-refining of inferior heavy oil as feedstock with coal,an experimental research was conducted by mixing the feedstock oil formed by FCC slurry and DCC heavy oil in different proportionsto form slurry using the 0.15 t/d suspended bed hydrocracking technology developed by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group. The results showed that the conversion rate of coal remained at 89%~91%when DCC was gradually added into the feedstock.Although the conversion effect was slightly lower than that of pure FCC slurry and coal co-refining,the total liquid yield was similar.DCC heavy oil had higher aromatics content and stronger hydrogen supply performance, and the conversion rate of residual oil above 525℃was not much different from that of pure FCC slurry and coal co-refining,remaining in 89%~91%,while the asphaltene conversion rate was improved and remained in 79%~82%,which indicated that DCC heavy oil was feasible as feedstock oil for oil and coal co-refining.
