球磨时间对MSR铜铝尖晶石的影响

采用球磨法制备了铜铝(Cu-Al)尖晶石催化剂,通过改变球磨时间(t=0、2、4、6h),制备出Cu-Al尖晶石前驱体CAQ-t和对应催化剂CA-t,通过XRD、BET、H2-TPR和XPS一系列表征方法对催化剂及前驱体进行表征,探究球磨时间对尖晶石催化剂催化性能的影响.结果表明,适当的球磨时间会增加Cu-Al尖晶石及CuO的分散情况,进而影响了尖晶石相含量.当球磨时间为4h时,制备的Cu-Al尖晶石分散情况最好,尖晶石含量最高为90.76%,将其应用在催化甲醇水蒸气重整制氢中,当反应温度为280 oC时,水醇物质的量比为2.当甲醇质量空速为1.05 h-1时,甲醇转化率约为76%,并且能够在50h下保持不失活.
The effect of ball milling time on Cu Al spinel methanol steam reforming for hydrogen production
The Cu-Al spinel catalyst was prepared by the ball milling method.Cu Al spinel precursor CAQ-t and corresponding catalyst CA-t were prepared by changing the ball milling time(t=0,2 h,4 h,and 6 h).The catalyst and precursor were characterized by a series of characterization methods of XRD,BET,H2-TPR andXPS analysis.The influence of phase composition and performance of catalytic methanol steam reforming for hydrogen production.The results show that proper ball milling time will in-crease the dispersion of Cu-Al spinel catalyst and CuO,which in turn affects the spinel phase content.When the ball milling time is 4 h,the prepared Cu-Al spinel catalyst has the best dispersion,with the highest spinel content of 90.76%,and it is used in the catalytic methanol steam reforming for produce hydrogen.The reaction temperature is 280℃,when the ratio of hydroalcoholic substances is 2,and the mass space velocity of methanol is 1.05 h-1,the methanol conversion rate is maintained at about 76%,and it remains inactive for 50 h.
