摘要

某煤化工企业的在用蒸汽管道服役10a后发生蒸汽泄漏.为找到泄漏原因,避免此类情况再次发生,在管道紧急停工后,将开裂部位切割取下,进行详细的失效分析.对蒸汽管道的开裂部位开展了宏观检查、无损检测、化学成分分析、金相分析、电镜分析、力学性能测试等测试分析.结果表明,泄漏管道焊缝处的母材热影响区发生高温蠕变,同时管道变径部位存在局部应力集中引发开裂.根据以上原因对焊缝裂纹的预防提出了合理可行的建议.

Abstract

Steam leakage of steam pipeline occurred in a coal chemical enterprise after 10 years service.In order to find the cause of leakage and avoid such situation happening again,after the emergency shutdown of the pipeline,it cut offthe cracking parts and carried out the detailed failure analysis.The cracking parts of steam pipeline were analyzed by macroscopic inspection,non-destructive testing,chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis,electron microscope analysis and mechanical properties test.The results showed that high temperature creep occurred in the heat affected zone of the base material at the weld of the leakage pipeline,and the cracking was caused by local stress concentration in the diameter reducing part of the pipeline.According to the above reasons,it put forward the reasonable and feasible suggestions on the prevention of weld cracks.
