Preparation and Performance Study of Polyurethane Modified Organosilicon Surfactant
Using the characteristics of polyurethane to modify organic silicon can enhance its oxidation stability and water resistance through high bond energy and low surface energy Si-O bonds. This paper proposes the preparation and performance research of polyurethane modified organic silicon polymer surfactants. After preparing specific preparation materials and instruments,20.0%,25.0%,and 30.0%volumes of terminated hydroxyalkyl polysiloxane 3667 were dispersed in 70.0%volume of polyethylene glycol(PEG2000),and deionized water was added for quantification to obtain polyurethane modified organosilicon surfactant. In the performance testing stage, the infrared spectrum distribution and surface tension of the target product were tested separately, and a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the relationship between the concentration of hydroxyl terminated polysiloxane 3667 and the performance of surfactants.
