Preparation and properties of negative electrode materials for Si/C composite lithium ion batteries
From the point of view of battery performance,it is necessary to reasonably design negative electrode materials for battery and carry out study on the preparation and electrochemical performance analysis of Si/C composite lithium ion battery negative electrode materials. After preparing the experimental materials and instruments, the mixture was prepared according to the ratio of Si:graphite as 1:9,2:8,3:7 and 4:6,and anhydrous ethanol was added as the ball milling medium according to the ratio of material to liquid as 1:4,and then the composite material with Si content of 10%,20%,30%and 40%was obtained after drying.According to the mass ratio of 90:5:2:3 ratio of active material(Si/C composite),conductive agent carbon black, dispersant glycol and binder PVDF,the slurry was applied on the surface of lithium foil, compacted the electrode sheet by a hot pressing machine to obtain the negative electrode of Si/C composite lithium ion battery. The electrochemical properties of composite electrodes with silicon content of 10%,20%,30%and 40%were tested by a battery test system at 100 mA/g,and it was concluded that the discharge capacity of Si/C composite lithium-ion battery anode materials was obviously affected by silicon content, and there was no direct linear correlation.Silicon content will also affect the coulomb efficiency of Si/C composite lithium-ion battery anode materials, too high or high will lead to a decrease in coulomb efficiency.
