With the increasingly high environmental protection requirements,the state's restrictions on the quality of oil products and the pollutants in the exhaust gas produced after combustion and the content of heavy metals will be more and more stringent.The most common way to decrease and reduce such pollutants was to improve the quality of oil products,hydrofine or restructure of oil products,and remove nitrogen oxides and sulfur in oil products,as well as some heavy metals.The most important factor affecting the hydrofining or reforming of oil products was the performance and stability of the catalyst during the reaction process.The comprehensive performance of the catalyst determined stable refining process and the overall quality of the product.The fixed bed catalyst evaluation unit was mainly used to evaluate and test the performance of hydrofining and hydrocracking catalysts,and screen out efficient catalysts for industrial hydrofining.
