摘要
探索了真空泵油基础油结构.开展了真空泵油基础油结构中红外(MIR)光谱(包括:一维MIR光谱、二阶导数MIR光谱、四阶导数MIR光谱和退卷积MIR光谱)实验.结果发现,真空泵油基础油结构的红外吸收模式主要包括:νasCH3-真空泵油基础油、νasCH2-真空泵油基础油、νsCH3-真空泵油基础油、νaCH2-真空泵油基础油、νC=O-真空泵油基础油、δCH2-真空泵油基础油、δasCH3-真空泵油基础油、δsCH3-真空泵油基础油、β=C-H-真空泵油基础油、νC=O-O-1-真空泵油基础油、νC=O-O-2-真空泵油基础油、νC-C-真空泵油基础油、γ=C-H-真空泵油基础油和ρCH2-真空泵油基础油.真空泵油基础油成分主要包括:矿物基础油、PAO基础油和癸二酸酯类基础油,其中PAO基础油的含量略高,而癸二酸酯类基础油的含量略低.MIR光谱可以快速开展真空泵油基础油结构研究.
Abstract
The structure of vacuum pump oil base oil was explored.The experiments on infrared(MIR)spectroscopy in the structure of vacuum pump base oil(including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,second-order derivative MIR spectroscopy,fourth-order derivative MIR spectroscopy,and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy)was conducted.The results showed that the infrared absorption modes of the vacuum pump oil base oil structure mainly include:νasCH3-vacuum pump oil base oil,νasCH2-vacuum pump oil base oil,νsCH3-vacuum pump oil base oil,νsCH2-vacuum pump oil base oil,νC=O-vacuum pump oil base oil,δCH2-vacuum pump oil base oil,δasCH3-vacuum pump oil base oil,δsCH3-vacuum pump oil base oil,β=C-H vacuum pump oil base oil,νC=O-1-vacuum pump oil base oil,νC=O-O-2-vacuum pump oil base oil,νC-C-vacuum pump oil base oil,γ=C-H-vacuum pump oil base oil,and ρCH2-vacuum pump oil base oil.The main components of vacuum pump oil base oil include mineral base oil,PAO base oil,and sebacic acid ester base oil,with PAO base oil having a slightly higher content and sebacic acid ester base oil having a slightly lower content.MIR spectroscopy can quickly conduct struc-tural research on vacuum pump oil base oil.
