摘要

某石化公司50×104 t/a催化裂化轻汽油醚化装置甲醇回收系统萃取水富集的酸性物质,导致甲醇回收系统设备和管线的腐蚀.为解决该问题,在甲醇萃取塔塔底管线上增设1台萃取水净化器,萃取水净化器中装填脱酸剂,将萃取水中的酸性物质进行中和,以降低其酸性,实现萃取水的脱酸,减少设备和管线腐蚀.萃取水脱酸技术改造完成投用后,由于萃取水中的酸性物质被脱酸剂中和,萃取水pH提升至6.5以上,对降低甲醇回收系统设备和管线的腐蚀起到了积极的作用,实现了装置的长周期安全稳定运行.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of corrosion of equipment and pipelines in methanol recovery system caused by acid substances enriched in extraction water of methanol recovery system in a 50×104 t/a gasoline etherification unit of a petrochemical company.Through technical transformation,an extraction water purifier is added to the bottom pipeline of the methanol extraction tower,the extraction water purifier is filled with deacidification agent to neutralize the acidic substances in the extraction water,so as to reduce the acidity of the extraction water,realize the deacidification of the extraction water and reduce the corrosion of equipment and pipeline.After the deacidification technical transformation of extraction water in methanol recovery system of light gasoline etherification unit was completed and put into use,the pH of extraction water was increased more than 6.5 due to the neutralization of acidic substances in extraction water by deacidification agent,which played a positive role in reducing the corrosion of equipment and pipelines in methanol recovery system and realize long-term,safe and stable operation of the unit.
