为了提高老旧装置的乙烯收率,降低装置能耗,使装置在最小投资下获得最大经济效益,E1装置利用E3装置开工后过剩余的丙烷原料,兑入轻烃裂解炉中进行裂解的丙烷,通过辅助措施的优化及COILSIM模拟软件的应用,使EF-111D炉满足了单独裂解丙烷的目的,使装置的乙烯收率大幅提升,提高了经济效益,同时降低了装置能耗.
Optimization of ethylene cracking process by COILSIM
In order to improve the ethylene yield of the existing unit,reduce the energy consumptionand obtain the maximum economic benefit with the minimum investment,the E1 unit used the remaining propane after the startup of the E3 unit to mix into the propane for cracking in the light hydrocarbon cracking furnace to meet the purpose of cracking propane alone in the EF-111D furnacethrough the optimization of auxiliary measures and the application of COILSIM simulation software,which greatly increased the ethylene yield of the unit,improvedthe economic benefit,and reducedthe energy consumption of the unit.
