摘要
改进并应用了多层级城市宾馆行业水足迹的评价方法,旨在构建适用于不同层级城市的宾馆水足迹评价体系.研究方法包括确定评价指标、水足迹核算(直接水足迹和间接水足迹)、制定基于城市等级的节水评价表,并根据评分标准得出评价结果.以三线城市某五星级宾馆为例,说明了该方法的可行性和实用性.结果表明,该方法能够准确反映宾馆水资源利用状况,为宾馆节水管理提供科学依据,有助于推动城市水资源管理的精细化与科学化.
Abstract
The evaluation method of water footprint of hotels industry in multi-level cities was improved and applied,aiming to construct the hotel water footprint evaluation system suitable for different levels of cities.The research methods include determining the evaluation index,water footprint accounting(direct water footprint and indirect water footprint),formulating a water-saving evaluation table based on the city level,and obtaining the evaluation results according to the scoring criteria.Taking the five-star hotel in the third-tier city and a three-star hotel in a first-tier city as examples,the feasibility and practicability of method were illustrated.The results showed that this method can accurately reflect the utilization status of water resources in hotels,provide scientific basis for water-saving management of hotels,and help to promote the refinement and scientific management of urban water resources.
