Experimental study on shrinkage performance of graphite doped tailings mortar
In the construction industry, the use of solid waste for reprocessing was an effective way to achieve environmental protection and low-carbon goals. In order to study the shrinkage performance of graphite tailings mortar, the mix ratio of graphite tailings mortar was designed according to relevant regulations and standards, and the specimens with different graphite tailings substitution rates were made. The effect of graphite tailings and mix ratio optimization on the shrinkage of graphite tailings mortar was studied through shrinkage test, and the shrinkage characteristics of different groups of mortar specimens under no load were revealed. The experimental results showed that both the addition of graphite tailings and the optimization of the mix ratio can reduce the shrinkage value of the specimen. When the curing reaches 90 days, the shrinkage rate of the specimen with the replacement rate of graphite tailings was 5.59%lower than that of the ordinary specimen under natural curing conditions, and 4.70%lower under standard curing. The preliminary work was provided for the volume deformation distribution characteristics of graphite tailings concrete structures under the actual use environment.
