摘要

建立了一套热冲击气化电喷雾电离质谱装置,采用热冲击方法气化样品,将液体样品施加到热源上,样品在受热的瞬间被气化,随后采用电喷雾气流电离气化的样品,产生高品质的类似电喷雾的质谱图.通过检测热不稳定化合物和复杂基质中的化合物,在谱图中出现了目标化合物的离子峰,证明该装置能够气化多种类型的化合物,包括热不稳定化合物甚至生物大分子,扩展了检测范围.

Abstract

A set of thermal shock nebulization-electrospray ionization device was established.The sample was vaporized by thermal shock method,that is,liquid sample was applied to the heat source,and sample was vaporized at the moment of heating.Then sample was ionized by the electrospray plume to high-quality electrospray-like mass spectra are produced.By detecting thermally unstable compounds and compounds in complex substrates,the ion peaks of target compounds appear in the spectra,it proving that the device can vaporize many types of compounds,including thermally unstable compounds and even biological macromolecules,greatly expanding the detection range.
