发酵棉籽粕的营养价值及其在动物生产中的应用

摘要
棉籽粕是一种优质的蛋白质饲料,粗蛋白含量较高,可用于替代豆粕,但因含有较高含量的抗营养因子,限制了其在动物生产中的应用.棉籽粕经微生物发酵后,能有效降低抗营养因子含量,提高棉籽粕的营养价值,进而提高动物的饲喂效果.本文综述了发酵棉籽粕的营养价值、发酵工艺、安全性评价及其在动物生产中的应用,以期为发酵棉籽粕的合理利用提供参考.
Abstract
Cottonseed meal is a high-quality protein feed with high crude protein content,which could be used to replace soybean meal,but it contains high anti-nutritional factors,which limits the application effect in animal production.After microbial fermentation,the content of anti-nutritional factors in cottonseed meal could be effectively reduced,the nutritional value,and the feeding effect of animals could be improved.In this paper,the nutritional value,fermentation process,safety evaluation and application of fermented cottonseed meal in animal production were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the rational utilization of fermented cottonseed meal.
