摘要
后生元是指灭活益生菌及其代谢产物,是益生菌领域又一全新概念.越来越多的研究证明,益生菌即使在灭活条件下也可以具有增强免疫反应、抗炎、抗氧化、促生长、抗病原菌等功能,从而有益于动物健康,在畜牧业生产中具有广阔的市场前景.然而,目前对后生元的开发与研究尚处于起步阶段.文章简要阐述了后生元的主要成分、灭活方法及其在动物养殖中的应用进展,旨在为今后更好地开发与应用后生元产品提供一定参考.
Abstract
Postbiotics refered to the inactivation of probiotics and their metabolites,which was a new concept in the field of probiotics.More and more studies had proved that even under inactivated conditions,probiotics could have the functions of enhancing immune response,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,growth-promoting,anti-pathogenic bacteria,etc.,thereby benefit animal health and have broad market prospects in animal husbandry production.However,the development and research of postbiotics were still in its infancy.This paper briefly expounded the main components of postbiotics,inactivation methods and their application progress in animal breeding,aiming to provide a certain reference for the better development and application of postbiotic products in the future.
