摘要
在生产实践中,精液通常通过物流运输方式送达养殖场,但是在运输过程中车辆振动会对猪精子质量造成影响,甚至会损伤精子,进而降低人工授精的成功率.目前尚未建立精液运输过程监测系统,因此如何避免运输过程中振动对精子的损伤是提高养殖效益的关键因素之一.文章对精液运输过程中振动的产生及其对精液质量的影响研究进行了综述,旨在为提升运输后的精液质量提供参考依据.
Abstract
In practical production,semen is usually transported to farms through logistics vehicles.However,the vibration of vehicles during transportation will affect the quality of boar semen and even damage it,thereby reducing the success rate of artificial insemination.Currently,the semen transportation process monitoring system has not been established.Therefore,avoiding vibration-induced damage to semen during transportation is one of the key factors to improve the farming efficiency.In this paper,the vibration generation during semen transport and its influence on semen quality were reviewed,in order to provide reference for improving semen quality after transportation.
