Objective:To investigate the efficacy and prognostic factors of postoperative electron ray radiotherapy for female auricle keloid. Methods:the data of 167 cases of female auricle keloids in 144 patients who were treated from January 2013 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Within 24 hours after operation,6MeV electronic line was used for radiotherapy, and the curative effect was evaluated one year later. The risk factors of ineffective curative effect were analyzed. The analysis factors included age, blood glucose, smoking history, course of disease, dose division mode, postoperative radiotherapy interval, etc.the items with statistical significance in univariate analysis were included in the multivariate logistic regression model for analysis. Results:the overall effective rate of one-year curative effect was 89.2%,including 134 cases(80.2%),15 cases(9%)and 18 cases(10.7%).Univariate analysis showed that the course of disease>2 years was the factor affecting the curative effect, and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the course of disease>2 years(or=4.589,95%CI 3.022~10.664)was the independent prognostic factor affecting the curative effect. Conclusion:it is effective to treat auricle.keloid with electron ray radiotherapy within 24 hours after operation. In clinical work,it is recommended that patients be treated as soon as possible to reduce the recurrence rate.
