objective to explore the effect of optimized emergency nursing for patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods:a total of 48 patients with CPR admitted to the Emergency Department of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2010 were 2021 as the control group,a total of 50 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from February to February 2022 were 2021 as the Observation Group,in the Observation Group, the optimized emergency nursing intervention was carried out on the basis of routine treatment. The time of rescue and the success rate of rescue were compared between the two groups.Results(1)the time of receiving treatment, chest compressions, defibrillation, establishing venous access, tracheal intubation and ECG examination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, from 19.82 min to 12.36 min,p<0.05;(2)the success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, from 91.67%to 98%(p<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the optimized emergency nursing for patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation is helpful to improve the success rate of rescue and shorten the time of rescue.
