早期康复护理对脑卒中患者运动功能及认知功能的影响分析

摘要

目的:探讨脑卒中患者实施早期康复护理对其运动功能和认知功能的影响.方法:选取2021.1～2022.6期间我院收治的300例脑卒中患者,随机将其分为2组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组在此基础上应用早期康复护理,对比两组护理前后神经功能、运动功能、认知功能以及生存质量.结果:NIHSS评分、SSA评分、MMSE评分、SS-QOL评分:护理前无差异(P＞0.05),护理后研究组NIHSS评分更低(P＜0.05),SSA评分、MMSE评分、SS-QOL评分更高(P＜0.05).结论:将早期康复护理应用于脑卒中患者的护理中效果显著,可有效减轻患者神经功能缺损程度,改善其运动功能和认知功能,并可提升患者生存质量.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on motor function and cognitive function of stroke patients.Methods:300 cases of stroke patients admitted to our hospital during 2021.1～2022.6 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with early rehabilitation nursing on this basis.Neurological function,motor function,cognitive function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:NIHSS score,SSA score,MMSE score,SS-QOL score:no difference before nursing(P＞0.05),after nursing group NIHSS score was lower(P＜0.05),SSA score,MMSE score,SS-QOL score was higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of early rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of stroke patients has significant effects,which can effectively reduce the degree of neurological impairment of patients,improve their motor function and cognitive function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
