Objective:To study, analyze and discuss the influence of intensive nursing intervention during pregnancy on the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with diabetes.Methods:120 pregnant and lying in women with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group adopted general nursing mode, while the experimental group adopted intensive nursing intervention during pregnancy. The blood glucose changes, pregnancy complications and neonatal complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:Compared with the control group, the levels of fasting blood glucose(4.85±0.95)mmol/L,postprandial blood glucose(7.21±0.81)mmol/L and glycosylated hemoglobin(5.44±0.51)%in the experimental group decreased, and the incidence of pregnancy complications(6.67%)and neonatal complications(8.33%)decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with diabetes during pregnancy can improve their blood sugar control and improve the maternal and infant outcomes.
