Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive sputum removal combined with total care on the nebulization treatment of children with acute asthmatic bronchitis and the effect on the disappearance time of their symptoms. Methods:The experimental subjects were children with acute asthmatic bronchitis treated by nebulization, who were admitted from November 2020 to November 2022.100 cases were enrolled and grouped into control group(conventional care,n=50)and experimental group(comprehensive sputum evacuation+total care,n=50)using random number table method. The time to disappearance of symptoms, lung function and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results:In terms of time to disappearance of cough and sputum, wheezing, croup and pulmonary rales, the experimental group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of PEF,FEV1 and FEV1%predicted values, the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of treatment compliance rate, the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with acute asthmatic bronchitis, the implementation of comprehensive sputum evacuation+total care can effectively improve clinical symptoms and can be further promoted in clinical practice.
