Objective:To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing on prognosis of patients of lower limb varicose vein undergoing ambulatory Polidocanol sclerotherapy.Methods:100 cases of lower limb varicose vein were enrolled from May 2021 to may 2022.All the cases were divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group based on the even or odd numbers by their enrolling time sequence,each 50 cases respectively.Cases in routine nursing group received routing nursing compared with comprehensive nursing received in the other group.Changes in clinical conditions before and after the sclerotherapy,post-treatment complications and satisfaction for nursing were compared btween the two groups.Results:There was no difference in pre-treatment VCSS scores between the two groups,however,scores of post-treatment at 1W,4W,12w and 24W in comprehensive nursing group were reduced significant compared to those in routing nursing group(p<0.05).Incidences of inro-treatment complications as hypotension,and re-injection were lower in comprehensive nursing group then those in routing nursing group(p<0.05).Satisfaction rates in comprehensive nursing group and routing nursing group were 94.00%VS.80.07%respectively(p<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing could improve the prognosis of patients undergoing ambulatory Polidocanol sclerotherapy,also could reduce the sclerotherapy-related complications as well as improve patients'satisfaction for nursing,which is of great clinical application value.
