Objective To explore the effect of community nutrition support nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with femoral neck fracture and its influence on callus growth and wound healing time. Methods 60 postoperative patients with femoral neck fracture who were filed from July 2020 to June 2022 were divided into two groups(30 patients in each group)by random number table. The control group implemented routine community nursing and the research group implemented community nutrition support nursing. The time to callus growth and wound healing, nutrition related indexes(albumin, prealbumin, hemoglobin),Harris score of hip joint function and ADL score were compared between the two groups. Results The time between callus growth and wound healing in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the level of nutrition-related indicators,Harris score and ADL score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the level of nutrition-related indicators,Harris score and ADL score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of community nutrition support nursing to the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with femoral neck fracture can effectively improve the nutritional level of patients, promote the growth of callus and wound healing, and improve the hip joint function and living ability of patients.
