Objective:To observe the effect of applying comprehensive psychological nursing to the rehabilitation treatment of patients with depression.Methods:120 patients with depression admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2022 were taken as the research objects,and the envelope method was used as the grouping method.The control group(n=60)received routine nursing,while the observation group(n=60)received comprehensive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The depression degree,SCSQ score,GQOLI-74 score and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results:the mild depression rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the severe depression rate was lower than that in the control group(p＜0.05).The positive coping score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group(p＜0.05).The scores of quality of life and satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive psychological nursing can improve the depression of patients,establish a positive attitude and improve health behavior,and improve the quality of life of patients.
