Objective:To observe the nursing risk related factors and preventive nursing countermeasures in neonatal intensive care unit.Methods:100 cases of children in neonatal intensive care unit(from March 2021 to October 2022)were selected to observe the incidence of nursing risk, further analyze the related nursing risk factors, and give corresponding preventive nursing countermeasures.Nursing sensitive indicators, nursing quality and nursing adverse events were observed. Results:Among 100 neonates,11 cases of nursing risk occurred(11.00%),including 1 case of aspiration(1.00%),1 case of mistaken identity(1.00%),4 cases of nosocomial infection(4.00%),1 case of skin damage(1.00%)and 4 cases of drug fluid exudation(4.00%).Analysis of nursing risk event factors showed that equipment factor was 1 case, accounting for 1.00%,environment factor was 5 cases, accounting for 5.00%,children factor was 2 cases, accounting for 2.00%,nursing staff factor was 3 cases, accounting for 3.00%.There was 1 case of unplanned extubation(1.00%),1 case of ventilators associated pneumonia(1.00%),nursing quality score(94.39±2.18),4 cases of adverse nursing events(4.00%).Conclusion:Neonatal intensive care unit has a variety of nursing risks, and its influencing factors are many,it is necessary to reduce the incidence of nursing risks through corresponding preventive nursing countermeasures,to ensure the safety of newborns.
