基于化学计量法的黄芩片、酒黄芩指纹图谱差异性成分分析

目的:探讨黄芩片、酒黄芩不同炮制品的差异性化学成分.方法:采用HPLC法,建立黄芩片、酒黄芩(各10批)的指纹图谱,同时综合运用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2012版)和SPSS17.0软件对相应图谱进行相似度评价、聚类分析(CA)和主成分分析(PCA).结果:黄芩片和酒黄芩的指纹图谱相似度均大于0.996,有9个共有峰,指认了其中4个;经聚类分析,黄芩可分为三大类,产地为河北和内蒙古的为一类,产地为山东的为一类,产地为山西的为另一类;经主成分分析,得到2个主成分因子,其累积贡献率为94.29%,色谱峰1、2、4、5、6、7(汉黄芩苷)对黄芩片和酒黄芩的化学成分差异变化贡献较大.结论:本研究所建立的方法稳定、准确,可为黄芩片和酒黄芩差异性化学成分分析提供参考.
To study the different chemical constituents of Scutellariae Radix and Wine Radix Scutellariae.Methods:HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint method of Scutellaria baicalensis tablets and 10 batches of Scutellariae Radix and Wine Radix Scutellariae(each).and the similarity evaluation system of Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint(2012 edition)and spss17.0 software were used for similarity evaluation,CA andPCA.Results:The fingerprint similarity of Scutellariae Radix and Wine Radix Scutellariae was greater than 0.996,and there were 9 common peaks,4 of which were identified.According to the cluster analysis,the Scutellariae Radix could be divided into three groups:those from Hebei and Inner Mongolia,Shandong and Shanxi.By principal component analysis,the cumulative variance contribution rate of the two principal component factors was 94.29%,and the chromatographic peaks 1,2,4,5,6 and 7(Wogonoside)contributed significantly to the chemical composition difference of Scutellariae Radix and Wine Scutellariae Radix.Conclusion:The method established in this study is stable and accurate,which can provide a reference for the analysis of different chemical constituents of Scutellariae Radix and Wine Scutellariae Radix.
