Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of integrating the people-oriented nursing concept into psychiatric nursing.Methods:72 patients with mental disorders who were treated in the department of psychiatry of our hospital from February 2020 to June 2022 were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36).All patients were given routine antipsychotic drug treatment and routine nursing.The observation group patients were integrated with the people-oriented nursing concept in the nursing process.The scores of IPROS before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS)score,Beck Ravensen Mania Scale(BRMS)score,and drug compliance and total incidence of adverse events of patients in the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in IPROS scores and total scores of patients before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the IPROS scores and total scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the WMS score and BRMS score of patients before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the WMS score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the BRMS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating the people-oriented nursing concept into psychiatric nursing can improve the quality and level of nursing,and improve the nursing effect and safety.
