Objective:To analyze the effect of cluster nursing on comfort and compliance of children with severe pneumonia undergoing bronchoscopic alveolar lavage.Methods:76 children with severe pneumonia treated by bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method:observation group(n=38)and control group(n=38).Routine nursing was given to both groups, while cluster nursing was added to the observation group.Comfort(CBS score),compliance and clinical parameters were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the CBS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compliance rate was 94.74%(36/38)in the observation group, which was higher than 78.95%(30/38)in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter recovery time of body temperature, cough, shortness of breath and hospitalization(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention can not only improve the comfort of children, but also improve their compliance behavior, which can promote the rapid recovery of children.
