Objective:To discuss and explore the application and clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention in patients with intractable epistaxis during minimally invasive surgery under nasal endoscope.Methods:120 patients with intractable epistaxis were randomly selected from January 2020 to June 2022,who were treated in otolaryngology surgery of our hospital. All patients were treated with minimally invasive surgery under nasal endoscope. They were randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group. The patients in the conventional group were given routine surgical care, and the patients in the intervention group were given rapid rehabilitation surgical care. The clinical indicators, rebleeding, nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically, compared and analyzed. Results:After nursing,in terms of hemostasis time, pain score and function score, the intervention group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.50);In terms of depression and anxiety scores, both groups were lower than those before nursing, and the intervention group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05);In terms of rebleeding rate, the intervention group(5.00%)was lower than the routine group(16.67%),P<0.05;In terms of clinical total effective rate, the intervention group(96.67%)was higher than the conventional group(86.67%),P<0.05;In terms of total satisfaction, the intervention group(93.33%)was higher than the routine group(78.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention for patients with intractable epistaxis undergoing endoscopic minimally invasive surgery can effectively promote hemostasis, improve psychological status, reduce rebleeding rate, improve clinical treatment effect, accelerate postoperative rehabilitation of patients, with high clinical satisfaction and high clinical application value.
