Objective:To explore the effect of individualized health education in the nursing of chronic gastritis in children.Methods:50 children with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from March 1,2019 to March 3,2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups and given routine nursing to the control group.On the basis of this,the research group applied individualized health education to compare the families'awareness of the diseases of the children,the treatment compliance of the children and the improvement of the quality of life of the two groups.Results:The family disease awareness score was higher in the study group(P<0.05),the total compliance rate was higher in the study group(P<0.05),the WHOQOL-100 score was no difference before nursing(P>0.05),and the score was higher in the study group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of individualized health education in the nursing of chronic gastritis in children has significant effects,which can promote the family's awareness of the disease effectively,improve the treatment compliance of children,and improve their quality of life.
