Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing model in gallstone nursing.Methods:The study subjects were 80 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021.They were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by random number table.The former adopts routine nursing intervention,and the latter adopts comprehensive nursing mode on this basis.The nursing effect,negative emotion score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparing the time of anus exhaust,defecation and hospitalization between the two groups,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P.Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing model in gallstone nursing is effective and helpful to promote the recovery of patients,improve their satisfaction and improve their bad mood.It is worth popularizing and applying.
