摘要

目的:研究分析讨论舒适护理运用于小儿腹股沟斜疝围手术期的效果.方法:研究选取我院2021年1月-2022年6月收治的小儿腹股沟斜疝拟行手术治疗患者120例,分为对照组与实验组,每组各60例.对照组采用一般护理,实验组加用舒适化护理.分析比较两组患者护理有效率、护理满意度等指标.结果:与对照组相比,实验组患者护理有效率(91.67％)及满意度(96.67％)增高,躯体疼痛(66.69±4.25)分、生理功能(67.20±4.23)分、生活能力(68.11±4.48)分、社会功能(69.36±4.20)分、心理健康(68.32±4.29)分及总体健康(68.89±4.44)分评分增高,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论:小儿腹股沟斜疝采用舒适化护理能够提高生活质量及护理效果.

Abstract

Objective:To study,analyze and discuss the effect of comfort nursing on indirect inguinal hernia in children during perioperative period.Methods:120 pediatric indirect inguinal hernia patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into control group and experimental group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing,while the experimental group was given comfortable nursing.Analysis and comparison of two groups of patients with nursing effectiveness,nursing satisfaction and other indicators.Result:Compared with the control group,the nursing efficacy(91.67％)and satisfaction(96.67％)of the experimental group increased,physical pain(66.69+4.25),physical function(67.20+4.23),ability to live(68.11+4.48),social function(69.36+4.20),mental health(68.32+4.29),and overall health(68.89+4.44)scores increased,P＜0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:Comfortable nursing for indirect inguinal hernia in children can improve the quality of life and nursing effect.
