Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of chemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunoassay in the detection of AIDS antibodies. Methods:This study was carried out retrospectively.1000 cases of HIV high-risk personnel randomly selected from our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme-related immunoassay respectively, and then confirmed by western blot test.Results:(1)Among 1000 high-risk AIDS subjects,22 were positive, accounting for 2.20%;By chemiluminescence immunoassay,20 cases were positive, accounting for 2.00%.There was no significant difference in the data(P>0.05).By chemiluminescence immunoassay,21 cases were positive, accounting for 2.10%.There was no significant difference between the data and western blot(P>0.05).(2)Under chemiluminescence immunoassay, diagnostic accuracy, diagnostic sensitivity and diagnostic specificity were 99.30%,90.90%and 99.48%,respectively.The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of ELISA were 99.60%,95.45%and 99.69%,respectively.Conclusion:In the detection of AIDS antibodies, chemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunoassay have higher positive detection rate and accuracy, but compared with enzyme-linked immunoassay, chemiluminescence immunoassay has slightly higher diagnostic sensitivity and diagnostic specificity. Therefore,in the actual detection work,it is necessary to choose specific detection methods according to the actual situation of the inspected personnel.
