Objective:To explore the application significance of mother's classroom health education model in the management of children's immunization program.Methods:200 mothers of children who received the planned immunization from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into groups by random number table.Routine health education was recorded as the control group, and 100 mothers of children. The mother's classroom health education was recorded as the experimental group, with 100 children's mothers. The vaccination rates and times of children in the two groups were compared. To compare the two groups of children's mothers'mastery of children's immune health knowledge before and after health education. To compare the satisfaction of the mothers of the two groups on health education. Results:The vaccination rate of children in the test group was higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The number of children vaccinated with national immunization planning vaccines, non immunization planning vaccines and the total number of vaccinations in the test group were more than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before health education, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of children's mothers in their mastery of health knowledge in four aspects of children's planned immunization process, vaccine types and differences, precautions, common adverse reactions and treatment(P>0.05).After health education, the mastery of health knowledge related to planned immunization of mothers of children in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before health education, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After receiving health education, the mothers of children in the test group had significantly higher knowledge about planned immunization than those in the control group(P<0.05).The children's mothers in the test group were more satisfied with health education in children's immunization program management than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional health education model, the application of mother's classroom health education model in the management of children's immunization program can improve the mastery of children's mothers'health knowledge related to planned immunization, thus increasing the coverage rate of children's planned immunization, increasing the number of children's national immunization program vaccines and non immunization program vaccines, which is widely recognized by children's mothers and highly satisfied with the health education model.
