Objective:To analyze the application value of urine testing in patients with diabetes.Methods:The study selected 482 cases of suspected diabetes admitted to Jinnan Branch of Jinjiang Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,all patients received routine urine examination,analyzed and compared the detection rate of positive patients,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and the detection rate of positive urine test index.Results:In the diagnosis of 482 suspected diabetes patients,267 patients were positive by urine test,among which 239 were true positive,the positive detection rate was 85.66%(239/279),the sensitivity of urine test was 85.66%,the specificity was 86.21%,and the accuracy was 85.89%.The urine test and gold standard kappa value were 0.713;the number of urine sugar cases was 279(100.00%).,the positive rates of leukocytes,urine sugar and urine protein were significantly higher than that of diabetes mellitus,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Urine test is a common diagnostic method used in clinical diagnosis of diabetes patients.The positive detection rate of urine test is high,and the comprehensive application value of the test is high.It has a high application value in the diagnosis of suspected diabetes patients.It is suggested to promote clinical use in the diagnosis of diabetic patients.
