Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of free cervical cancer screening in Tong'an District of Xiamen City.Methods:The data of free cervical cancer screening in Tong'an District of Xiamen City from 2019 to 2021 were collected.The abnormal rate of all ages in primary screening,the detection rate of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,and the referral and treatment rate were analyzed.Results:From 2019 to 2021,a total of 25302 women aged 20-64 in the whole district participated in free cervical cancer screening.The screening found 49 cervical precancerous lesions,with a detection rate of 193.66/100,000,and 3 cervical cancer,with a detection rate of 11.86/100,000.The early diagnosis rate of cervical cancer was 94.23%.The incidence of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions in the 35-64 age group was higher than that in the 20-34 age group(P<0.05).The referral rate of women with abnormal screening results in 2021 was higher than that in 2019 and 2020(P<0.01).Conclusion:The free cervical cancer project in Tong'an District of Xiamen has achieved certain results.It can timely find abnormal people in the stage of precancerous lesions.The future free cervical cancer screening work in this area will take people aged 35-64 as the main screening object,which can achieve greater benefits.
