Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral and psychological care for patients with phobia.Method:74 patients with phobia who underwent treatment from April 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,which is a control group and an observation group,each has 37 patients,.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment.The control group used routine nursing as the intervention mode,while the observation group used cognitive behavioral nursing combined with psychological nursing as the intervention mode.The emotional and quality of life improvement,treatment compliance,and patient satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups of patients.Result:There was no significant difference in the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05).However,after nursing,the observation group had a lower psychological state score(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the pre nursing quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQOL-74)between groups(P>0.05),while the post nursing observation group had higher scores in all dimensions of GQOL-74(P<0.05).The total compliance of patients in the observation group was much higher(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the observation group showed significantly higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral and psychological care for patients with phobia can effectively improve their psychological state,enhance their quality of life,and help improve their treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,with high clinical application value.
