Objective:To analyze the effect of on the prognosis of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients using graded emergency nursing. Methods:There were 38 patients who were with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the control group, who were treated from January 1,2020 to May 11,2020.The observation group has 38 acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients who were treated in our hospital from January 1,2023 to February 28,2023.The patients were treated with routine emergency care and graded emergency care respectively after admission, and the success rate of hemostasis was compared between the two groups The rebleeding rate and the level of red blood cell count(PLT),hemoglobin(Hb)and blood uric acid nitrogen(BUN)before and after the intervention were compared with the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)before and after the intervention. Results:The success rate of hemostasis was significantly higher(P<0.05).Before intervention, the difference of the two groups in the levels of Hb,PLT and BUN was not significant(P>0.05).After intervention, the observation group's levels of Hb and PLT were higher and the levels of BUN were lower(P<0.05).There difference in the bleeding risk of patients before intervention was not significant(P>0.05).After intervention, the bleeding risk of patients in the observation group was significantly lower, and the proportion of low-risk and medium-risk patients was higher(P<0.05).There difference between the HAMA score and the HAMD score of patients before intervention was not significant(P>0.05).After intervention, the observation group's negative psychological state scores were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding used application of graded emergency nursing can ensure the hemostatic effect, and can reduce the psychological burden of patients, with high application value.
