Objective:To analyze and evaluate the impact of early rehabilitation nursing on the prognosis of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases.Methods:86 elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases who were treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were randomly divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43).The treatment period was from March 2021 to March 2022.The nursing mode used in the control group was routine nursing intervention. The observation group was combined with an early rehabilitation nursing mode. After the intervention, the health behavior, emotional state changes, and quality of life improvement of the two groups were compared. Results:The constituent ratios of various health behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the emotional state scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the patients in the observation group had lower scores on the Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the difference in emotional state between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the scores of each dimension of quality of life and the total score on the Short Form of Health Survey(SF-36)between the two groups. After the intervention, the scores of each item in the observation group were significantly higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases can standardize their health behaviors, improve their emotional state, and promote their quality of life.
