Objective:To explore the value of combined treatment of methotrexate and mifepristone with nursing intervention in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Method:140 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group(combined treatment with methotrexate and mifepristone)and a control group(treated with mifepristone alone),with 70 patients in each group.During the treatment period, nursing intervention was strengthened for both groups. After the treatment was completed, the treatment effects of both groups were evaluated, and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed. Before and after treatment,Evaluate the quality of life of patients using the Quality of Life Rating Scale, represented by the Quality of Life Rating Scale, evaluate the patient's state using the Psychological State Assessment Scale, and evaluate the patient's sleep quality using SAS and SDS scores.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(81.43%),(P<0.05);In terms of adverse reactions, the observation group(8.57%)was compared with the control group(5.71%)(P>0.05);In terms of quality of life score and psychological state score, before treatment, compared with the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment, the observation group had a higher quality of life score, but lower SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05);In terms of sleep quality, compared with the control group, the observation group had fewer awakenings, shorter sleep time, and lower sleep quality scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination treatment of methotrexate and mifepristone with strengthened nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect, improve their quality of life and sleep, alleviate their negative emotions, and have high treatment safety for patients with ectopic pregnancy.
