Objective:To observe the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing on postoperative recovery of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Method:Sixty elderly patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into a control group(conventional surgical care)and an experimental group(accelerated surgical care)based on whether they received accelerated rehabilitation surgical care. The intervention effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Result:In the experimental group, somatic pain scores at the same time after intervention, perioperative clinical indicators, complication rate, psychological status after care, hip function score at discharge, hip degree of motion[acetabular forward inclination(12.42±0.28),acetabular abduction angle(46.71±1.09)],and quality of life were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures has a significant effect, which can reduce surgical stress and accelerate postoperative recovery speed for surgical patients.
