Objective:To observe the effect of standardized modular nursing on nosocomial infection rate and comfort level of neonatal patients. Methods:A total of 100 neonates hospitalized in the neonatology department of our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as observation samples, and 100 neonates were divided into 50 experimental group and 50 control group by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care in the neonatology department, and the experimental group received standardized modular nursing intervention on this basis. The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results:The nosocomial infection rate of newborn samples in experimental group was lower than that in control group, the hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time were shorter than that in control group, the comfort score during blood collection and venipentesis was higher than that in control group, and the score of parental nursing satisfaction was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized modular nursing in the field of nosocomial infection prevention and control in neonatology department is conducive to the reduction of nosocomial infection rate of hospitalized children in neonatology department, the improvement of comfort level and the acceleration of rehabilitation, and has won a consistent and highly satisfactory evaluation of newborn parents.
