Objective:To explore the role of diabetes care team in the clinical nursing of diabetic patients.Methods:70 patients with diabetes admitted from March 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was provided with diabetes care group.The satisfaction of the two groups,the blood glucose level and the improvement of bad mood of the two groups before and after nursing intervention were compared.Results:compared with the control group(77.1%),the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.1%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose level and adverse mood score between the two groups,which was not statistically significant(p>0.05).After the intervention,the blood glucose level and adverse mood improved better,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:diabetes nursing group plays a significant role in clinical nursing of diabetic patients,which can obtain higher nursing satisfaction,effectively control blood glucose level,and relieve their bad emotions.
