Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster nursing and the incidence of complications in elderly patients with hip replacement.Methods:A total of 37 elderly patients undergoing hip arthroplasty in our hospital during 2018.1～2022.12 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the drawing method.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received cluster nursing.The degree of postoperative pain,incidence of complications,length of stay and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:VAS score and complication rate were lower in study group(P＜0.05),hospital stay was shorter in study group(P＜0.05),total satisfaction rate was higher in study group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing in elderly patients with hip replacement has significant effects,which is of great significance in alleviating postoperative pain,speeding up patient recovery,reducing complications and improving nursing satisfaction.
