Objective:The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention during the treatment of gestational hypertension with magnesium sulfate.Method:90 patients with gestational hypertension from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with rabolol hydrochloride, while the observation group was treated with rabolol hydrochloride and magnesium sulfate. Both groups of patients were treated with comprehensive nursing interventions before and after treatment,Detect the blood pressure levels of two groups of patients, calculate the pregnancy complications and newborn birth outcomes of both groups, evaluate the treatment effects of both groups, and use professional statistical software to compare the results of the two groups.Result:In terms of pregnancy complications and neonatal birth outcomes, compared with the control group, the observation group had lower rates of premature rupture of membranes, gestational hypertension, infection, placenta previa, premature birth, neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress, and macrosomia(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group(95.6%)was higher than that of the control group(77.8%)(P<0.05);In terms of blood pressure levels, before treatment, the observation group was compared with the control group(P>0.05),and after treatment, the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:When implementing treatment for patients with gestational hypertension in clinical practice, the use of magnesium sulfate therapy in combination with nursing intervention can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome of patients and the birth outcome of newborns, and has a good effect on controlling the blood pressure level of patients. It is recommended to promote it.
