To study the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with acupuncture on cardiac neurosis of liver depression and qi stagnation type.Methods:80 patients with cardiac neurosis of liver qi stagnation type in Heilongjiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into groups,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with acupuncture on the basis of conventional treatment.The two groups were compared in TCM syndrome scores,SAS and SDS scores.Results:The scores of TCM syndromes,SAS and SDS in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05);Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with acupuncture has a certain effect on the treatment of cardiac neurosis of liver depression and qi stagnation type,can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,can improve the quality of life of patients,and is a safe and effective treatment.
