Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Chaihu Qinggan decoction in the treatment of Non-puerperal mastitis mass stage.Methods:67 eligible patients were randomly devided into control group(N=33)and observation group(N=34).The control group was treated with basic therapy combined with Ruyi Jinhuang paste external application,and the observaion group was treated with Jiawei Chaihu Qinggan decoction on the basis of the control group for 2 months.The clinical observation index score and effective rate of the two groups were observed and recorded respectively.Result:After 2 months of treatment observation and analysis of clinical data,it was found that the score of breast pain and breast ultrasound mass size in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The total effective rate was higher than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(p＜0.05).Conclusion:Added Chaihu Qinggan decoction is effective for the treatment of Non-puerperal mastitis mass stage.
