Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing combined with Du meridian moxibustion on the degree of pain,quality of life,and serum inflammatory factors in dysmenorrhea patients.Methods 72 dysmenorrhea patients who were admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Randomly divide into an observation group(n=36)and a control group(n=36)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing combined with Du meridian moxibustion.The scores of pain severity(VAS),quality of life(QOL-BREF),serum levels of Interleukin 6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was(6.21±1.06)points,lower than the control group's(8.15±1.51)points,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);The QOL-BREF score of the observation group was(109.45±8.78)points,which was higher than the control group's(98.21±7.32)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);IL-6,hs CRP and TNF-α levels of observation group were(34.27±9.21)ug/L,(1.57±0.54)mg/L,and(28.23±8.67)ug/L,respectively,lower than the control group's(43.71±10.13)ug/L,(3.23±0.81)mg/L,and(40.26±9.58)ug/L,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.44％,significantly higher than that pfthe control group by 72.22％(P＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing combined with Du meridian moxibustion can effectively reduce the degree of pain in dysmenorrhea patients,regulate inflammatory reactions,improve patient quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
