Objective:To explore the occurrence of pressure ulcers in the hospital, analyze its influencing factors, and provide a basis for further improving the management of pressure ulcers in the hospital and improving preventive measures. Methods:The clinical data of 54 inpatients with in-hospital pressure ulcers from January 2018 to December 2021 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and 50 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital during the same period without pressure ulcers were selected as the research objects, and compared with the pressure ulcer group.Compared with the general data of patients in the non-pressure ulcer group, multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors for the occurrence of pressure ulcers.Result:Among the 54 patients with pressure ulcers, the proportion of males and females was the same, the average age was(70.89±18.21)years,and the average Braden score was(9.74±2.56)points.Most of the pressure ulcers occurred in the sacrococcygeal region(27/54).In stage 2(43/54),46.30%of patients had improved outcomes(25/54),and the distribution of pressure ulcer patients was complicated. The results of multiple logistic regression analysis showed that Braden score, whether there was chronic disease, bedtime, skin edema, incontinence, and limb activity were independent risk factors for pressure sores(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was no significant gender difference in the incidence of pressure ulcers. The incidence of pressure ulcers was higher in elderly patients. The Braden score of the patients was generally low and the pressure ulcers mostly occurred in the sacrococcygeal region, which mostly improved after treatment.Braden score, whether there are chronic diseases, bedtime, skin edema, incontinence, and physical activity are independent risk factors leading to pressure ulcers, which suggests that clinical doctors and nurses should pay more attention to patients with risk factors and improve the prevention awareness of pressure ulcers.
