Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine hot package combined with diversified pain nursing on patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:According to the simple random sampling method,90 patients with femoral neck fracture in our hospital(from January 2020 to December 2022)were selected for a prospective study.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group(45 cases)with diversified pain care and the observation group(45 cases)with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine hot package.The degree of limb swelling,pain,recovery,serum factors,incidence of complications,quality of life and comfort were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,in the observation group,the area of limb swelling was small,the VAS score was low,the recovery time was good,serum factors were improved,the incidence of complications was low,the quality of life score was high,and the comfort score was high(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and diversified pain care for patients with femoral neck fracture can reduce the degree of limb swelling and pain,promote physical recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,and effectively improve the quality of life and comfort,which is worth learning from.
